Documents required for Addition/Deletion of LLP Partners

  1. Latest LLP Agreement.
  2. Self-attested PAN card of Partner to be added.
  3. Proof of Residence of Partner to be added (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Driving License)
  4. Digital Signature (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN) of New Partners*.
  5. Profit/loss sharing ratio among new partners.
  6. Fixed Salary details required to be paid to partners.

After receiving the above documents, attestation of new partners will required on following and thereafter, Form 4 and Form 3 will be filed.

  1. New/Supplement LLP Agreement
  2. Copy of Board Resolution
  3. Consent of New Partners in writing.
  4. Notice of Resignation/Removal.

*If DSC/DIN are not available proposed designated partner shall apply for a DSC and DIN.

Documents required for the DSC Application:

  1. PAN Card of the applicant
  2. Aadhaar Card of the applicant
  3. Photo of the applicant
  4. Email Id of the applicant
  5. Mobile Number.

Documents Required for DIN application:

  1. Identity Proof
  2. Address Proof
