After above documents are completed, we will be sharing format of following documents for your attestation and Form DIR 12 will be filed.
1. Consent of Proposed Director ( DIR 2)
2. Board Resolution for Proposing Director Appointment and DIN allotment
3. Notice of General Meeting
4. Resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting for Director Appointment
5. Appointment letter of Director
6. Form DIR 12
*If DIN and DSC are not available, new DIN and DSC have to be applied. Documents required for DIN and DSC application are shared on separate document.
